Nalini updated us at least weekly on what viewings etc were happening at the property. She always answered our emails or texts promptly. She is a lovely lady and was easy for the family to relate to. As the family was selling on behalf of our Mum we all found her easy to speak to and Mum really warmed to her. We would highly recommend her.
