John and the team at Harcourts Rototuna were absolutely amazing to deal with. Their communication with both me and the tenants in the property was second to none. They made sure that everyone was well informed of open homes/private viewings. The weekly reports of the viewings online and in person was awesome to see as no other real estate company has done that before which i thought was a neat little touch. They all tag team the selling of the property and if someone can’t do the open home then there is another agent that will do it so one never gets missed.
