Well well well... a month later we have settled in our new home all thanks to our agent Liam!!! We planned out from the start of 2025 by keeping an eye out on the market for the right time, once we were set, we made the decision. December came through with Christmas around the corner, we got in touch with Liam Burton from Harcourts and the ball was rolling from there! We have met a few agents along the way but it did not have that click. However, Liam was at another level. At initial meet up for the viewing, Liam made us feel welcomed and explained everything from start to finish whether taking the time with pen and paper on each list to check and also going the extra mile to negotiate and communicate on our behalf through day and night, keeping us up to date through the whole process. James came highly recommend from some of my friends who recently sold their home with James. The recommendation was "James will get it sold". He came through the house and recommended that I remove a-lot of furniture and while it was daunting and I did for a second or two question his reasoning, but trust the process!
