J found the property for us; arranged property visit: arranged lots of things that we would have struggled to achieve without knowing the contacts. He kept in contact to ensure we remained satisfied with the process as we negotiated, then had hold-up from vendors, but finally have settled!

Beau has been very helpful throughout the whole process, he always made himself available whenever I needed to get in touch with him or take us through a property. He made the process seem seamless and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable while making my big decision. I am very happy with his service and will use him again in the future. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Shaun Cosgrave was very comfortable. His knowledge of the Real Estate industry and the current market conditions was very accurate. Shaun kept us informed every step of the way through our selling process. Shaun and his team worked incredibly hard finding suitable buyers, hence we sold our house in just three weeks, which achieved our requirements and allows us to move on with our lifestyle change. Even though Shaun has a huge number of clients, he spent so much time with us, it felt like we were his only clients.

From day one we as a whaanau connected instantly, her natural ability to build rapport is to be admired, she was able to make us feel at ease throughout the entire process, we would like to acknowledge Sam for her knowledge and professionalism. We are grateful to Sam for everything she has done for our whaanau and her continuous support to find us a new home to move into. Sam is a new found friend of our whaanau for life now. Although the sales price was way below our expectations, we were aware that it was not a good time to sell, but a great time for buyers. Ngaa mihi ki a koe Sam, many blessings to you and your whaanau, also to Harcourts Realestate. Puru and Pourewa Paikea

From beginning to end our experience was superb, viewings arranged without hesitation, proactive engagement around our pre settlement inspection, questions of all types answered promptly and completely. We were impressed with the entire process, even though we have purchased a couple of times in the past nothing was taken for granted and we felt supported and informed throughout. We can wholeheartedly recommend Nathan and Michelle to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Can not recommend Holly enough when purchasing a property. She made the whole process of buying our first home very easy. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process which eased our minds. She knew what we wanted and which houses would suit us and answered all questions that we had. We were lucky enough that she could veiw the house for us before it was listed online so we could make the decision to purchase quickly getting the best deal.
