Outstanding service and professionalism
We first met Brad while he was out canvassing oneday and I truly believe he was a Godsend. From the first conversation it was clear that he was someone who genuinely cared about helping people find the right home. From the outset his dedication, professionalism and drive stood out. He was driven to help us secure our dream home , always making himself available regardless of the time of day, whether it was early morning or late evening or weekends he was there to answer questions, provide updates and offer reassurance. Throughout the entire process he consistently went above and beyond, his communication style made us feel fully supported at every stage, he was approachable, friendly and always took the time to explain things clearly and patiently. We never felt out of the loop or unsure. He is incredibly knowledgeable across many areas and his advice was always thoughtful, honest and clearly in our best interest. When it became challenging and stressful at times Brad remained positive, proactive and solutions focused. His calm attitude and determination gave us confidence and kept us motivated when things felt uncertain. Nothing ever felt too much for him and he met every concern and query with professionalism and genuine care. What set him apart is beyond being highly skilled at what he does, he feels like a friend. What a legend!
It's been an absolute pleasure working with Brad. He's kept us updated on every step, even if other agents wouldn't have felt it was important to update us at that time Brad keeps us informed. He's an extremely happy, easy to get along with flavour of human who has kept us at ease, even when things get hard (thanks, lawyers). He remains upbeat and positive, which is infectious. Makes the whole process easy!
It has been great working with Brad to buy my first home! He was always available to answer any questions I had about the property and the process of buying it, and always kept in touch with any updates and next steps along the way. He feels genuine, honest and willing to go the extra step to help not only me (the buyer) but the current tenant in the property and the vendors. I would be happy to work with Brad again.

Terrific agent
We bought our first property through Jana and she helped us every step of the way. She went out of her way to meet us at the property and allowed us to be the first viewers and explained the whole process to us. We won at auction and even then she was there for us to explain what happens. We would happily buy or sell through Jana in future.
