Brads approach to real estate is very refreshing and absolutely not to be overlooked. His acumen and attention to detail is amazing. We read his reviews prior stating his communication was exceptional all the way through. We can 100% agree to this. He approached situation with fresh eyes where others had become stuck or considered it too hard. He remained professional all the way through and his humour was much appreciated. His ability to negotiate through tricky circumstances was excellent. One of the great things Brad brings to the table as an agent is a mix of both old style business (relational) with modern engaging social marketing. Our only concern was that we didnt engage Brad sooner to sell our property for us. As the saying goes... better late than never..
