We worked with Sharon during a very difficult time of when property values were on a downward spiral. After no bidders at auction we did secure an outcome offer which was reliant upon a sale. As we had an offer we made an offer on a home in our destination town. However, as time dragged on we were cashed out, which left us out of pocket. It was all quite demoralizing sort of stuff, Sharon however kept the processes going and gave us every opportunity to contribute. Our open homes continued and there were subsequent offers made during the time. The original offer was still in place however Sharon has to broker discussions to alter our pricing. In the end it has all worked and we are now packing our home.. Grateful appreciation is offered to Sharon for her persistence and enthusiasm for our sale. Well done!!
