Tony certainly displayed an in depth knowledge of the market at the time we were selling our home. His advise and guidance resulted in a sale price above our expectations in a fairly hard market. I got so nervous about the first few viewings, every offer, and every condition, but Sol and Anna made the whole process as easy and as stress free as possible. They were excellent from the start, they came over straight away and were very clear about the process and costs. They listened to what I wanted and developed a custom strategy with me to achieve my goal. Their market knowledge seemed very insightful, well reasoned, and supported with evidence. At every step they were clear, realistic, and supportive. They really went above and beyond. The photos were fantastic (even though it was a rainy day), and the amount of interest was a direct result of comprehensive and effective marketing. The viewings were made as stress free as possible, and I felt assured that my property was well looked after.
