High attention to the details
Grant was great, we always felt his passion and interest in our story and our property. He was always available for any question we had, however minor. His data in property was very thorough and in depth. It enabled us to get a multi off in less than 2 weeks in a very tough market. Great agent
Himanshu was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout what became a long listing with lots of ups and downs. He worked his butt off on our sale, and was open and honest throughout the process. Would definitely deal with him again.

Excellent agent
Don, was the agent that sold us our house 13 years ago and now has sold it for us. Don made us feel like he was a personal friend, was very realistic about the market and talked us through all of the stages. I would recommend Don for any buying or selling

Knowledgeable and easy to communicate
Cindy was easy to communicate and had good overall knowledge of the property. She was able to find out more about the title record , any issues with the building and talk to the vendor when concerns were raised. Cindy was courteous and able to arrange appointments to show the property when needed. Overall has a good rapport and the deal went smooth.
