I do not easily relinquish control but my complete faith in her ability allowed me to relax knowing that every aspect of the marketing and sale process would be carried out to the highest standard. She was in constant contact, updating me on developments, calmly dealing with any problems and within five days of the first open home presented me with an acceptable offer followed two days later by a brought forward auction with an excellent outcome.
