Courtney initially reached out to us when we were in the process of trying to sell our house privately. She always kept in communication with us up to a point when where we were struggling with the time and knowledge to handle a sale properly and we decided it was best to go with an agent. After sitting down with Courtney and having been pretty skeptical about using an agency for selling the house, we were pleasantly surprised on the stats and the network the Harcourts system provides and not long after chatting we were on the same page and looked to take the house to auction. From there, the organization and professionalism of Courtney and the Harcourts team really showed the value that they provide. Courtney was to be away for a couple of weeks of the campaign and so arranged Logan Freeman to cover all the open homes, complete all the follow ups and keep us informed and Logan provided a great service as well, providing a high level of communication and feedback to make sure we were heading in the right direction with the sale. Along came auction day and with the market being relatively slow, we were still skeptical about the potential outcome, but Courtney, Logan and the Harcourts team found the person that we needed to get a great outcome and the result spoke for itself in that we were very happy with the net end result and left us in a great position to move forward into our next chapter!
