Courtney initially reached out to us when we were in the process of trying to sell our house privately. She always kept in communication with us up to a point when where we were struggling with the time and knowledge to handle a sale properly and we decided it was best to go with an agent. After sitting down with Courtney and having been pretty skeptical about using an agency for selling the house, we were pleasantly surprised on the stats and the network the Harcourts system provides and not long after chatting we were on the same page and looked to take the house to auction.
