From the first point of contact to the conclusion of the sale, James was 100% professional in all aspects. We were kept informed of numbers from the open home, had weekly meetings where we were advised of numbers of hits on the website etc and even throughout the entire process James never lost faith in us getting the agreed amount even with the continual doom and gloom in the media surrounding mortgage rates. If we were ever going to be in the market to sell or buy in Christchurch we would without doubt utilise the immense skills that James has to offer. His punctuality, personality and people skills are just what is needed and his honesty and integrity left us in no doubt that we chose the right person to market our property.
