Dealing with Yogesh for this property was very easy, he obviously knows his market and has heaps of experience which is visible in his actions and his way of dealing with situation. We were moving from another city so we had some limitation relating to timelines and moving dates etc. He understood our limitations and helped us with our situation on a personal level which we really appreciate. From the first point of contact to the conclusion of the sale, James was 100% professional in all aspects. We were kept informed of numbers from the open home, had weekly meetings where we were advised of numbers of hits on the website etc and even throughout the entire process James never lost faith in us getting the agreed amount even with the continual doom and gloom in the media surrounding mortgage rates. If we were ever going to be in the market to sell or buy in Christchurch we would without doubt utilise the immense skills that James has to offer.
