Originally we were going to go with one of the companies that offered a low percentage or fixed fee, however after meeting Leeann, we were convinced that she would get us a good price that would more than make up for a higher fee - AND she did!! She was great at communicating and kept us in the loop at all times and the whole process went wonderfully. We meet Leeann a year ago at a property which at the time we weren't ready to purchase as we needed to renovate our current home. A year later I get a call from Leeann and the house was back on the market, Leeann asked if we were ready to sell, this time we were. Long story short Leeann started the ball rolling and got stuck in. 3 weeks later we have sold. Great result and a great estate agent we would highly recommend Leeann. I would like to thank Morgan for his patients and professionalism in dealing with me. I do not think I would have been motivated to pursue with the property I won through the Auction without his great support. He was patient, knowledgeable and really helpful with what I had to do with seeing a house on the day and then dealing with an auction in the evening.
