I live out of town and was selling a rental property. Leeann had to work with 2 tenancies/tenants and organise all the open homes and manage contact with all potential buyers etc. I appreciated that I wasn't getting a blow by blow but rather a summary at the end of every open home - then an extremely comprehensive breakdown of viewings etc. Harcourts Gold are a slick operation but don't lose the personal touch.

As we hea ded out to the wilds of Christchurch with little or no knowledge of it's environs we were most fortunate to rub shoulders with one Jono at a Open home. Were immediately greeted by a person with Mana and knowledge who said little but who listenend intently. It was apparent Jono had excellent rounded experiences and was able to convey the strengths in the proprty. We were hooked.
