Right from the first interaction with Leeann, and thereafter, we were happy that we were being well looked after through the marketing campaign process. We live out of town and our property was tenanted so Leeann and her team managed communications with the tenants through the open homes and viewing process. Being new to marketing a property through an auction process, we were initially nervous, but were provided great market reports that showed Leeann's proposal to take our property to auction was well founded. The lead up to the auction day and the teams handholding through the auction was brilliant - with our property going under the hammer on the day, this reinforced that their guidance leading up to the auction was spot on. We were more than happy with the price we achieved on the day, so I would highly recommend Leeann and her team and an auction process if this is what she recommends.
