Purchasers Perspective
Graeme Morrison and his colleague Neil Walker recently assisted us with purchasing 6 Jenkinson Street. We were the highest bidders at an auction where the property was passed in. They encouraged us to place an offer on paper and then astutely managed negotiations with the vendors. With the market in decline and a reasonable price gap they were able to assist with a fair outcome for both sides. In addition their assistance immediately prior to settlement was most appreciated.
