Rhonda and Ashley were very professional throughout this process and kept me updated at all times. The sale took longer than expected but this was in no way the fault of the agents but rather the fact that the property was tenanted and access was limited. Once the tenants vacated and we'd had a chance to tidy the property and get it staged we had immediate success. In fact 4 agreements were submitted within a very short space of time.
