Lee has been selling houses in Waihi for a number of years and understands the local market. Lee is not pushy, will listen to what you think the property is worth, however will advise if your expectations are incorrect.

I got a bit of a fright when I thought the section was divided by a paper road. My research revealed it was a historical boundary, not a paper road. Loren did not know this and it would have saved me much angst if she did. Other than that, she was lovely to deal with and always answered her phone.

Exceptional, friendly service
