Nicola was willing to help us out from the start. As first time home buyer she explained the steps in way we could understand so we could be protected at all times in the choices we made when buying: She knew our budget and suggested we look at a few places. One of those places we didn't think we would have a chance but Nicola stayed positive and suggested we book a viewing as this property had ticked all boxes in what we all wanted in a family home. Each step of the way from the beginning to the end Nicola went the extra mile to help us . We felt welcomed, guided and confident we were dealt with in a timely and professional manner! We are so thankful and our new home is perfect for our family to grow in with the space and views to die for right in the location where we wanted to be close to everything.
