We have been dealing with Nicole concerning the purchase of our property. Nicole was switch on and very quick to answer or find the informations for us. As the vendors were dealing with a different agent, sometimes the communications or informations was slower and not precise. On the disclosure statement, it was stipulated than an electrical certificate was available and actually it was not a proper electrical certificate (only an invoice for 25 years ago...). My recommendation to the real estate is to verify and double check information before stipulating such document is available. Otherwise thanks to Nicole and the Harcourts team, we are hoping to deal again in the future. Regards,

Working with Nicola was an exceptional experience in every way! Nicola is a wonderful communicator - she answered every email, text and phone call quickly and with full explanations and answers. She listened to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with every detail with the highest professionalism - even down to the placement of the signs on the road. She was punctual, even early to every appointment and open home. Our experience was slightly unique in that we left the country before the sale went through, and Nicola stayed in close contact and made sure we were kept abreast of every detail. She sold our house in a challenging market for a price we were happy with. Both my husband and I were completely satisfied with the service that Nicola provided on every level. We would both highly recommend Nicola to everyone, as a matter of fact, we already have recommended her to several of our friends! Nicola is a Gem!

Heather was open, honest, very easy to work with and approachable. She was knowledgeable on all aspects of the house sales market including how to handle selling a rental property. This meant we could make good decisions with some assurance that they were the wisest course of action given the current market. Decisions on pricing and advertising were reviewed with us regularly to ensure the property stayed visible to potential buyers. Activity reports were regularly provided along with other updates of buyer activity.
