Best agent ever! Stress-free process, excellent communicator, patient and highly knowledgeable.

Craig was the biggest support person, who was filled with a world of knowledge not just about real estate but homes in general. He believed in our vision and paid attention to what we liked and disliked right down to the minor details. Excellent service, hard working agent who goes above and beyond!

Simon was very thorough and a hard working real estate agent who is very knowledgeable of the Christchurch Market. The advice and marketing campaign on how we could achieve the best results with the sale of our property were second to none. He was very responsive to any questions we may of had and late at night which I really appreciated! Simon went out of his way to do as many private viewings as possible throughout the campaign and we had great numbers through the open homes which multiple pre auction offers were made and after a good amount of time through the campaign we accepted a pre auction offer and our house was sold at auction a couple of days later at a price we were very happy with. I have no hesitation recommending Simon to anyone wanting to sell their property, he made the process easy and stress free and i really appreciate that.
