The advice and marketing campaign on how we could achieve the best results with the sale of our property were second to none. He was very responsive to any questions we may of had and late at night which I really appreciated! Simon went out of his way to do as many private viewings as possible throughout the campaign and we had great numbers through the open homes which multiple pre auction offers were made and after a good amount of time through the campaign we accepted a pre auction offer and our house was sold at auction a couple of days later at a price we were very happy with.
