Bev helped us find our home years prior. She always rang up for a yarn and to chat about the housing market, she had lots of great information and knowledge. She helped us style our house for sale, provided decor and recommended other professionals (building inspector who was very thorough) and talked us through everything. We had millions of questions and she answered them thoroughly and didn't mind when it led to more questions! Bev was amazing to have for support through the auction process then navigating the purchase of a new house. She went through so so many different houses with us across all of Christchurch with our energetic toddler, she knew exactly what we wanted and was never scared to let us know her honest opinions - we truly appreciated her support and care. We were 36 weeks pregnant when we managed to find our dream house at an amazing price. Chantale helped us find our home years prior. She checked in regularly with us and when we decided to sell, she put 110% into helping us. s She helped us style the house, provided decor and recommended other professionals (mortgage advisor, who was also top notch) and talked us through everything. We had millions of questions and she answered them thoroughly and didn't mind when it led to more questions! Open homes, Chantale put so much effort into promoting our home and following up with prospective buyers and related detailed reports to us. At auction, Chantale supported us and talked us through what would happen, and we feel we wouldn't have got the amount we sold for without her! Chantale helped us find our new house (which we love!) and gave us so much of her time looking through many others before finding this dream one. We highly rate Chantale as an agent and hope to keep in touch with her. 1000% without a doubt we would use Team Johnson again the future.

The flexibility and availability shown by the team when demand of repairs to our house with deadlines looming was superb. Nothing regarding support requested of the team sounded too much and communication was prompt when decision making and information was sought. All our questions regarding the housing market were explained well to allay any concerns especially regarding the negotiations of sale. If you want great listeners with counseling tact and debriefing skills then look no further. They have professionalism down pact.

Once again we used Andrew as our buyers agent and there is a reason we keep going back to him he is just one absolutely amazing person for starters and he is so genuine and kind and caring nothing is to much for Andrew he would take us to view houses all times of the day or night no questions asked worked weekend and weekdays for us to find us the right property!! Andrew has made us feel very comfortable and happy with the buying experience he makes it feel like he's more a close family member then your everyday real estate agent!! ALL AGENTS ARE NOT THE SAME!! BUT I can say one thing Andrew swift is one of a kind and I recommend him with my whole heart!! Most beautiful person we have met along this buying journey!
