Craig is our new hero

Craig was the best person to deal with through our entire homebuying experience. He answered every single question we had, laughed at our horrid jokes, supported us through the auction process and was there for us every step of the way. Craig is on the invite list for a beer at the housewarming! Craig put up with our thousands of phone calls and never made us feel like we were dumb for asking questions.

If you want an agent who will go out of his way to maximize the value in your home, Craig's the guy.

Craig had some real challenges to overcome to get buyers to auction and this was all related to information about the property. What impressed me was the proactive attitude to sourcing, collating and communicating information to buyers that Craig exhibited. Craig really hussled, never accepted that he couldn't find an answer, front footed every eventuality and I don't believe he could have done any more to get more buyers into the auction room. Craig was exceptionally communicative throughout the whole marketing, sale and auction process. Was realistic, authentic and didn't oversell our expectations. I wouldn't class myself as the easiest of vendors to deal with but Craig left me feeling relaxed and comfortable with the process at every turn. I didn't know Craig or even know of him before this experience but wouldn't hesitate to use his talents in the future.
