Kelly was super helpful when it came to negotiating the price with lawyer and her availability was very impressive. When negotiating she worked late and worked with the vendors agent well, we were stoked to hear that our offer was accepted with a slight counter. She was really relaxed in the whole process even when time/extensions was needed. We did feel stretched with time and needed to get an extension which was stressful.
