Allen and Kelly at Harcourts Gold in Christchurch have been with us every step of the way as we have searched for a house in Christchurch, a process that has taken over a year. They have helped us understand the market, as we are new to the city, and the advantages and opportunities each area of the city offers. As we are moving from a large lifestyle property in the lower North Island, it was important for us to understand and get to know Christchurch, and Allen and Kelly were a font of knowledge, At the same time they were constructive and kept us focused, guiding us towards areas and houses that would meet the criteria we had for a property. Our quest included unsuccessfully bidding or making offers on three properties and looking at numerous others.
