As Alison had successfully sold my previous properties, there was no question I was going to engage her again to sell our family home of 70 years. Alison has the ability to tap into her wide range of potential buyers and, right from the first open home, attendance numbers were exceptional and exceeded 100 parties over the 3 week marketing period. With the potential a large section offered, Alison was kept extremely busy and practically “lived” at the address with plenty of private viewings. Alison is such a hard worker and she diligently solved a few curveballs and complications that came with a post-earthquake section. I was incredibly vague about what area I wanted to be in and style of house I wanted, but Lynton went out of his way to show me various styles in different price ranges and locations. His knowledge of what was available and key information about the areas was second to none. And his uncanny ability to know what would suit my needs (when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted) meant our property search was quick, easy and a very pleasant experience. In the past I’ve run into agents who can be pushy, overly talkative and even a very rude one (who completely put me off buying the house I was viewing). Lynton is the absolute opposite: professional (arriving early, dressed fabulously), highly organised, an excellent listener, clear communicator and always polite (and funny).
