Our experience with Sally was awesome. Her friendly and approachable nature really put us at ease. What started out as a purchase evolved into a situation where we really trust Sally and when the time is right we will definitely be using her to sell our home. Although we might not sell for 12-18 months Sally was efficient and professional in preparing an appraisal for us and offering us so much direction and advice that was really appreciated. To be honest we have never had a connection like this before with a real estate agent and it was such a pleasant experience we were not used to. We will definitely be recommending Sally to everyone we know. We had met Sally previously a few years ago on a couple of occasions at open homes, we found Sally to be friendly and professional and she remembered us when we met her recently which to us was very impressive. We have had agents in the past offering appraisals on our home but as we were in planning and projection stages none of these eventuated as we were not immediate clients. This is where we found Sally to be outstanding. From building a rapport from a long time ago to seeing us through our purchase she was so helpful in planning for our transition that we have no plans on looking to anyone else to see us through it. We look forward to listing our current home with Sally in the near future and appreciate her time and friendly approach. Her willingness to offer guidance and help with our future sale regardless that it was not immediate showed us that she is truly a high caliber agent building relationships for the future not just for now.
