Highly Recommend

Consistent effort in a slow market
Lauren provided a professional service. We listed in a flat period for sales and our suburb was particularly slow. Despite this Lauren kept in contact and followed up with the large number of viewings. Our property was very large and while it attracted interest and viewings, most people were happy to have a look, then consider smaller homes. Through this, Lauren kept up the effort and communication. We were happy with the end result and would recommend Lauren as an agent to any prospective vendors

Overall our experience with Trish was very good
Market Knowledge. We felt that htis was the one area that did not rate an excellent as the pricing of the property did not reflect other similar properties that we looked at. However Trish did take our seemingly low off to her clients and after some to-ing and fro-ing, and an increase in the offer, it was accepted. Communication: Trish's communication with us was excellent throughout the whole process. Proffessionalism: Trish's atitude throughout was helpful and proffessional.
