The Loveliest Manner that Delivered the Result Required
Truly Racheal is a genuinely lovely person to list your property with. Nothing was too much trouble and over a long campaign I was impressed with how positive she remained about open homes and waiting for my perfect buyer as I held out for the price I wanted. Her calm non-pushy demeanour suited me, her advice was sound and she delivered the result I needed. Racheal was always warmly professional and beautifully groomed - both matter when you are selling a high end home. If you value someone who is committed to what they have promised then don’t go past Racheal. It was a pure pleasure doing business with her.

Excellent communication as I was living in WA at the time of buying my present property.
Her professionalism was great. She is a very good communicator, she would get back to me quickly with answers to my various questions. She was excellent in helping me access my property for hooking up utilities so they were all up and running when I flew over and arrived on settlement day.

Lauren was & is very supportive & understanding
Lauren was well researched & informed at our very first meeting point at our parents family home, with it's many challenges!! She made it seem possible to sell when l was feeling totally overwhelmed.. Her vision & positivity gave me the drive to actually like a property that l never found easy. And in fact felt all it's potential albeit with it's great many faults & challenges.. Lauren's committment, communication skills & integrity are her wonderful qualities that she should always value. House purchase
I met Racheal at a house viewing where she greeted me with a smile. She answered questions easily, was helpful but not intrusive. Whenever asked to do something it was never a problem and she has helped the proceedings to happen simply and quickly. Questions about market conditions and prices were answered succently and informatively. Documentation was fully explained before signing and we have been kept fully informed of proceedings as they went along. We would recommend her with no hesitation.
