Tania sells houses
If you want your house sold, you need Tania!! Tania gets in and gets sh!t done. Her communication skills are IMPECCABLE, her personality is warm and she just around gives a great vibe. Her dedication to us as sellers and looking after our buyers was astounding. Tania knows the market and we were so grateful for her knowledge and advice. She really does go above and beyond for her clients.

Made our first home purchase easy and enjoyable!
My partner and I were very fortunate to buy our first house in working with Julie - we bought the house while not being in the same region, but Julie kept us informed at every step of the process and went above and beyond in providing helpful recommendations and talking us through how it all works. We loved the special touches like getting a photo of the sign with a 'sold' sticker on it! Julie is great at what she does and we are so appreciative! :)

Friendly, professional, responsive!
Tania made us feel welcome right from when we walked through the door at the first open home. She answered all our questions, and was highly professional but friendly with it. We hadn't been in a multi-offer or deadline sale-type situation with a property purchase before, but Tania made it all as straightforward as could be, and helped us with a few last-minute changes to the conditions of our offer. Overall we were really happy with all aspects of Tania's service and couldn't really ask for more. Thanks Tania!

As a first timer selling her home I found Tania totally put me at ease, reassuring me at each step of the way. Personally, my motto is 'communication is the key', and Tania certainly came through in this respect with regular communications. Her focus is on getting the best price for her clients, and she is constantly keeping abreast of the market so is able to give the best advice with her up-to-date knowledge.
