Fantastic at reeling the buyers
Kirby showed tenacity and patience encouraging the buyers, with calls, emails, reminders and clear tasks to lead them to the finish line. Without her careful balancing of their timeframes and work pressures, this sale would unlikely have closed. Highly recommend Kirby.

Sale of section and ongoing sale of house.
Katrina is very professional and has lots of experience which showed on our dealings with section auction and on going sale of house. She suggested having auction on section which worked out so well having two strong bidders and a great result for us. Katrina communicated really well keeping us informed throughout the sales process and made paper work simple for us and always there to explain any items. It has been a pleasure dealing with Katrina. Excellent Agent
I had a great experience with Katrina in selling and buying our new house . She was always professional and never pushed me into anything which I value very high. I also think we were able to get the best price for my house. Communication was excellent would answer phones call and txts very promptly. Overall made the experience very easy and stress free.

Puts in the hard yards!
Katrina both sold me my house, and sold it for me 7 years later. Not only was it good to have that continuity, but especially at the selling end, she really put in the hard yards to drive up what the buyers were willing to pay so we could get our asking price. Her communications were prompt, clear and friendly and she was very considerate of my pet when showing people through the house. I miss seeing Katrina around now that I have left Whitianga!
