Never giving up,
Working with Katrina to sell our home,was an absolute game changer. Her incredible market knowledge, the obstacles, her kindness to my partner was out the park, as this sale was extremely difficult. laughs, There were tears, dissappointments, laughs, at times just wanting to walk away, but Katrinia held on tight,never giving up. Katrinia is the absolute angel in our eyes and owe her so much, we are overjoyed at her result, and our new chapter, all because of the best agent.

Excellent compassionate communicator.
Cavin is a great communicator, a good listener and for an older couple a very compassionate, patient and kind person. At times we struggled with the process and he was always there to guide us through any difficulties. He was always very professional and his negotiating skills were great he managed to get us more than we thought. No hesition in recommended him.
