Sarah helped us to find a lawyer, briefed us on how was the best way to prepare the house here for open homes. She always provided us swift as feedbacks after open houses, or on anything that may have popped up wrt our house. She also assisted us big time with us placing an offer on a new property in Piahia, noted also a Harcourt's Franchise. Her and Leonie Brittain, the Piahia rep, assisted us heaps, way outside their normal duties. Sarah has always been smack on time with any visits here, and has been an absolute joy to work with, especially as we here are new as to the processes wrt selling and buying! Sarah and David have been an absolute dream to work with. When we first met them, we straight away knew they were going to do a great job for us. They were very welcoming, informative and took the time out to answer all our questions, sat down and talked to us about what we wanted and gave us great confidence. Sarah was excellent at keep us in the loop and she talked us through everything we needed to know. David was great at giving us exact numbers, talking through all the finer detail in what to expect. They both knew the area well, were very transparent and honest. Sarah and David always went above and beyond, they even fed our cat when we couldn’t.
