He provided us with copies of the lim and title and made himself available to enable a further inspection a few days later. Throughout Chris was friendly and very professional. Forthright but not pushy but reminding us that he was the vendor’s agent. When negotiating the price he once again put the vendor’s case fairly and I believe that he fairly represented to the vendor our situation. Once the terms were agreed the sale was completed promptly and Chris was at the property to hand us the keys ensure that all was well. As a house purchase is for most of us a major transaction it is helpful to have as the agent a person as professional and friendly as Chris to guide us throughout.

Sarah and Karl were recommended to us by Kieran Barakat, who we previously had engaged with. Having moved into management, Sarah and Karl were who he decided to match us with. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, dedication, and communication from Sarah and Karl. They really went above and beyond, and understood our situation being offshore sellers.
