From day one Lane was hugely enthusiastic about our Property, and was always confident of getting a result for us. The main thing we liked with Lane is that he takes full ownership of the whole Process and is not part of a "team" where associates get palmed off to do the Open Homes or Paperwork. He is there working it, selling it and getting to understand the property as you would hope and expect from a Agent. He was direct and honest with us and kept us updated throughout the process. To be fair he rode the emotional Rollercoaster of selling our house with us and was totally invested in achieving our desired outcome of selling out of Auckland and moving down South for a change of scenery.
