Such as shame buyer’s agents are not common in NZ because as you know I have been looking for a house for years so please consider coming one by as you would be great as you listened to me and were extremely efficient, especially once we were over the line as the successful purchaser. In my extensive house hunt, it felt that no believed me that we were serious house hunters. Buyers at an auction are never at any advantage, as no one walks the path beside you. Once through that, this has been the best buyer experience of all the houses we have purchased. This is the 5th house we have owned. It has ended a very exhaustive house search over years. We know the previous owners were very sad to leave the house and I’m sure we will love living in the house, just as much as they did. Thanks again Sarah.

Sarah kept with us through a difficult time and when we were finally ready to put the house on the market she was there to help us achieve our sale . She has always kept us informed and asked if we were ok with open home days or when prospective buyers wanted an individual viewing . We were happy with the final outcome (more would always better of course) but we wanted to present a home that we hope will be the new owners home for years to come .

She quite literally met us, and told us she wouldn’t stop hunting around until she found us a house! She was single handedly the most help person giving us advice, telling us where to look and who to talk to.
