Abbey & Amy were fantastic to work with. They made the entire process simple, clear, and stress-free. Communication was spot-on - proactive and timely, but never excessive - which suited me perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with throughout. Sarah Taylor offered a superb service in the sale of my property at Snells Beach. Her attention to detail was excellent. She went completely above and beyond in her thorough and detailed work in preparing the property for sale. Simply the Best
We chose Amy and Abbey after comparing agents and they have exceeded all expectations. They are a great team, highly professional and hard working. The photography was superb and they ran a very successful campaign with a high level of buyer interest. Their communication was outstanding throughout so we were always up to date. Their advice on pricing and tactics was spot on. When it came to the auction the auctioneer Keiran did an amazing job of maintaining momentum and reaching our goal. So we are very happy vendors having sold and reached our target in 30 days instead of the average 90. Big thanks to Abbey, Amy and Kieran.

Throughout the house buying process Terri had fantastic communication and was always professional. Her knowledge of the current market was both helpful in our house hunt and accurate/guided by information that was also provided to us. She regularly kept us updated about new opportunities and helped us work around some very interesting work schedules. The whole process of buying a house and the paperwork involved was made more accessible with Terri's help and guidance. We have really enjoyed working with her.

Jodene and Samara are a great team and most importantly, effective!!
Jodene and Samara were very helpful right from the start, outlining how the market looked, giving me information I needed to make good initial decisions. They showed me similar properties that had just sold or were on the market. They have access to all sorts of reliable quality companies/tradespeople, that I used to get the house looking its best for the market (Staging, builders, roofers etc). Once it was on the market I was regularly in touch with them both and was kept up to date about people's responses to the house. The house did not sell at Auction but it attracted several buyers, which created a vibrant atmosphere for buyers to feel the need to proceed immediately with an offer. At one stage 2 offers were made from these prospective buyers (the first offer was made 33 days after going on the market) and the house was sold in record time. I can't fault the marketing strategies Jodene and Samara brought to the table to get the house sold.

Amazing Experience with Jennifer
