Tim was very accommodating and helpful in purchasing from out of town. I think most agents would have brushed me off at the first phone call. Unemployed guy seeing if he can swap his house. He arranged to meet me on Kawau Island for a viewing. Where his passion for the ocean, boating and island/coastal lifestyle really shone through. Tim's patients made the offer/negotiation process went well and pretty easy too. Good luck with your future sales Tim.

Lisa has been an amazing help to us during the process of selling our home, she has actually sold two houses for us in 18 months- always friendly and cheerful, k ows the market well, and has a lot of contacts- goes out of her way to help in so many ways, selling some unwanted furniture for us too. Despite being a busy mum, she us always available for advice and generous with her time. Arriving g early for open home, sweeping the paths and the checking the house is tidy etc. A special lady.
