Wanly is the best!
Wanly and her fantastic team really are the best! We received 5 star service from the initial meeting, all the way through to the completion of our sale. We always appreciated Wanly’s honest and well informed opinions. She marketed our property brilliantly and we had fantastic numbers of potential buyers through our property right from day one. Wanly, along with her team of agents wasted no time bringing prospective buyers to us. Wanly is the Queen of negotiation and we cannot thank her enough for the quick sale of our property. We spent 18 months looking for a house a few years ago and as a buyer Claire stood out to us. When it came time to sell our rental property we contacted Claire and asked her to list. Her knowledge, professionalism and warm personality made us glad we reached out to her. Our property was tenanted at the time. Claire was respectful and took over all communication with the tenants. Couldn’t ask for more
The highest endorsement you can give an agent is to use them again and this is the second time we used Claire to sell a property. Her expertise and market knowledge was great and her advice on how to get the property ready for sale was spot on. She put together a great campaign and in a tough market we had almost 30 groups through in the first weekend and the property was sold a few days later without needing to go to auction as the price offered was fantastic. I would highly recommend Claire as she goes above and beyond.
