Friendly and very professional
Sarah helped us to sell our house recently and we found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and well presented. We were not keen on the auction process initially but after speaking with Sarah we took her advice and decided to go to auction. Sarah kept us informed throughout the process and helped with presenting the house for sale. She was always available to discuss any concerns or answer questions. We live 350kms away from the property and we had complete confidence in Sarah's ability to communicate and to handle any problems. The auction was a success and Sarah made the whole experience very easy. We would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and her team to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Happy Vendor House Sold
Looking to sell Sarah was the only agent of several approached who bothered to check who actually owned the property and contacted the registered owner. She was thoroughly professional throught the process and wrote detailed weekly updates of who she had seen and their comments. Although we might have been tempted by a low-ish offer in a falling market Sarah advised against acceptance and got a much better one.
