She started her working career in 1986 as a Script Clerk (Rights Issues) for a large Sharebroking firm in Auckland's CBD, and over the following 37+ years has worked in a wide range of industries including Banking, Finance, Law, Construction, and Telecommunications undertaking various roles in Administration and Marketing. Before shifting her focus to real estate Sarah was heavily involved in marketing and undertook Product Management, and Account and Project Management roles in direct, online and search marketing, both on the client and agency sides. In 2007 Sarah started her own business as a Consultant in Online & Search Marketing. I have always had a passion for property, having renovated and restored several properties in the UK before getting stuck into renovations of our first home in Snells Beach. A Londoner, born and bred, I've been working for many years in sales in both the health and fitness industry and London's fast-paced and super competitive hospitality industry. With my background in sales and a love of both people and property, it was a very natural transition for me entering into the World of Real Estate. I've travelled the World both as a flight attendant and with my family, always knowing that life would eventually take us to live overseas and in late 2021, my Kiwi partner and I made the decision to move to this beautiful part of the World with our three children. I feel very fortunate to call New Zealand home and am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community. Our children love the local school and their life by the water. In our spare time we enjoy paddle-boarding, bike rides and walks along the beach with our dog, Coco. We've taken up kayak fishing and joined the local fishing club! A committed agent.

Sarah worked with us rather patiently for about 6 months, trying to find us a house. She had a really good understanding of the different areas and price ranges. Being a smaller geographical area meant that the agents all work in together, so she showed us quite a few houses that were listed with other agencies. She also puts in the hours to make sure a sale happens and finally we found the right house for us!

Excellent Estate Agent

Sarah proved to be an impressive, caring and most trustworthy agent. We are most grateful to her. Under the most difficult conditions Sarah kept pursuing the sale in order to help the vendors achieve their agreed goal, but she also was so helpful to us, providing as much information as she felt she could whilst maintaining her professional commitments. More importantly, Sarah proved to be compassionate in her dealings and showed great empathy for each of us, as we navigated out ways through to the end. This is a precious quality that negates the common view of greedy estate agents, and is what clinched the deal. I really can't thank her enough for bringing the sale to a successful conclusion, very much at cost to herself; she certainly went above and beyond for all concerned. Besides this, Sarah is clearly an experienced agent; her knowledge of the property market is in line with everyone else. What makes her special for us is her care and determination to help.

Absolute Star
