Sarah proved to be an impressive, caring and most trustworthy agent. We are most grateful to her. Under the most difficult conditions Sarah kept pursuing the sale in order to help the vendors achieve their agreed goal, but she also was so helpful to us, providing as much information as she felt she could whilst maintaining her professional commitments. More importantly, Sarah proved to be compassionate in her dealings and showed great empathy for each of us, as we navigated out ways through to the end. This is a precious quality that negates the common view of greedy estate agents, and is what clinched the deal. I really can't thank her enough for bringing the sale to a successful conclusion, very much at cost to herself; she certainly went above and beyond for all concerned.
