We found Matt to be an outstanding agent. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding the process, tips and tricks and particularly the local market. He guided us through the process and was available at every step of the way, both day and night. Matts assistant Samantha had amazing attention to detail and was an excellent communicator as well. She was always two steps ahead and made sure we had ticked every box that we needed to. This gave us great confidence that nothing was being overlooked that we may otherwise forget or not know we needed to do. Matt was in tune with our demands and is very personable. Not only did he get us a great result at auction, days later, without us even asking him to look, he found us the house of our dreams and negotiated with the selling agent to get it down to a price we were happy with. I am sure we would not be in this situation now without his guidance and expertise. I will definitely be using Matt and Samantha next time I sell or buy and would recommend them to anyone.

From the very start, Ben took the lead on selling my home. From the initial meeting, to the presale activities, marketing and open homes, nothing was a problem for Ben and Michelle who kept us well up to date on WhatsApp with videos, calls and messaging.
