I have known Maree for a number of years, turning up on a regular basis to her open homes. I was serious about selling my home and open to all ideas on presentation and marketing. Maree and I went through the property and made a list (manageable) of the things that needed tidying, painting, cleaning and putting away. It's worth listening and doing the work because the feedback from open homes and viewings was excellent. Maree used her time to work with me for the last razor sharp check of each and every room. My open homes were very well attended. The marketing plan was right on target, the photos great and my home sold at auction. The result was better than expected and the auctioneer was amazing. Selling my home after 31 years was tough but with the advice and support of Maree and the team I got a great result, my home looks amazing and I am happy to move on to the next phase of my life.
