From the 1st open home through to the onsite auction Misaki was brilliant. Her advice was great and her demeaner and kindness put us at ease. We did as suggested, attending other auctions for experience and being present at all open homes for the house we wanted. On the day the of the auction Misaki helped guide us though, and in the heat of the auction explained and suggested options for us.
