Real Estate companies are similar, but, it's the quality of their representatives that define one particular company as being "SUPERIOR" to another/the rest .... and which upon the conclusion of any successful property negotiation ultimately results in a WIN, WIN, WIN situation in the interests of the buyer/seller, the marketing agency concerned. We've been dealing with Misaki OSHIRO and both Nic & Sandy EBERT (a.k.a "TEAM EBERT"/HARCOURTS) since early this year (2023) in relation to both selling, and buying, negotiations involving 2 separate properties. It was our experience dealing with these people that resulted in "our preference" to want deal them each again. After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old home on the market, and had no hesitation in having both Nic and Misaki represent us to handle both the marketing and eventual sale. While the property was in an awesome location, the house sitting on the land was less than desirable due to being in need of some considerable maintenance work and modernization. Despite this, they agreed to take it on and were confident from the start of being able to secure a good price for it.
