Awesome Advisor !!!
Misaki is a Star. I feel lucky to get in touch with her. I don’t think, I would have manged to get this property without her help. She understood my need and helped me find the right property. As a buyer agent, she helped me negotiate the deal. Her wealth of experience in the property market played a huge role in negotiation. Professional and friendly
It was a last minute decision for us to view and bid for the property, so frankly we did not expect to have a smooth experience at all. However, Misaki was extremely helpful and resourceful when guiding us through the process, and gave many pieces of valuable advice. She is very friendly and attentive, not only is she professional in her area of expertise, she also cares deeply about her clients as individuals. We just bought a house from one of Maree’s listing - a well known hoarder’s house in our street. With her professional skills and fast response between us, the seller and not so professional seller’s lawyer (the lawyer asked for the sale and purchase agreement a day after the settlement date), she makes the impossible become possible. Fantastic - Highly Recommend
We met Gavin and Michelle at an open home. They were warm and welcoming; professional yet casual. We felt very comfortable with them, so much so that we asked for their help in finding us a new home. They introduced us to Sam; he listened, he looked and he presented 'real' options. It took us almost a year to find the right house, and in that time, not once did Sam make us feel bad for turning down the homes he presented to us. Over that time, he got to know us well, and when he found 'the one' he didn't invite us to look at it; rather he told us it was a must-see, and he was right; we purchased it the day after we viewed it! The next step was to sell our current home. Gavin, Michelle, and Sam made the process easy and smooth. In less than a week we accepted a pre-auction offer that Gavin worked hard on, and it exceeded our expectations; we were ecstatic. 8 days after our first open home, our house was sold! We absolutely recommend Gavin, Michelle, and Sam. They work so well together as a team. They each know the role they play, which made our experience a really positive one, so much so, when we are ready to move on to our next home, Team Roberts will be our first port of call.
