Their knowledge of the process and the way they handled enquires and offers produced an incredible result for us at auction and we couldn’t have hoped for better. From the time we decided we needed to sell Nic and Misaki were so professional. Everything explained and what they said they would do they did. Great reporting which helped us to make decisions going forward. The auctioneer Sam Walmsley. Was great. Even though we had a conditional agreement on the property after auction, both Nic and Misarki continued to market and show the property up until the agreement went unconditional. The team which also included Sandy Ebert were sensational, took the stress away, I was confident they would do the job for us and they did.

I will always maintain .... Real Estate companies are similar, but, it's the quality of their representatives that define one particular company as being "SUPERIOR" to another/the rest .... and which upon the conclusion of any successful property negotiation ultimately results in a WIN, WIN, WIN situation in the interests of the buyer/seller, the marketing agency concerned. We've been dealing with Misaki OSHIRO and both Nic & Sandy EBERT (a.k.a "TEAM EBERT"/HARCOURTS) since early this year (2023) in relation to both selling, and buying, negotiations involving 2 separate properties. It was our experience dealing with these people that resulted in "our preference" to want deal them each again. We've constantly been impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and above all the honesty of "TEAM EBERT" (i.e Misaki OSHIRO and both Nic & Sandy EBERT) whom have very successfully represented our interests .... and undoubtedly those with whom we've entered into negotiations in the case of both our own recent buying and selling initiatives as we've transitioned from one AKL property to another. I, personally, regard Misaki and both Nic & Sandy (again "TEAM EBERT"/HARCOURTS) as being the "GO TO" Real Estate representatives. If one's never dealt previously with these individuals in particular, then, one needs to do so, and we strongly urge one to consider doing so, and which (from our recent customer perspective/experience) can only result in a very satisfactory/the best conclusion .... and we've absolutely no hesitation recommending/endorsing this. After having successfully purchased a new home back in June/July of 2023 with the assistance of both Nic Ebert & Misaki Oshiro, it was time to put our old home on the market, and had no hesitation in having both Nic and Misaki represent us to handle both the marketing and eventual sale. While the property was in an awesome location, the house sitting on the land was less than desirable due to being in need of some considerable maintenance work and modernization. Despite this, they agreed to take it on and were confident from the start of being able to secure a good price for it. While we initially got a couple of false starts from time wasters, we did eventually receive an offer for the property that in the end we were more than happy to accept, which was miraculous given the condition of the house itself. Both Nic and Misaki kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and reports which was also very much appreciated. Having relied on both Nic and Misaki's sales expertise from both a buyers, and now sellers perspective over the last six months, I would have no hesitation in recommending Nic and Misaki for any and all of your property sales needs.
