Nic is very professional in his approach selecting and bringing on board the full real estate team for the sale of the property. He is an excellent communicator - he listens and is empathetic to client considerations. He then applies his market knowledge and expertise to deliver. In saying that he is clear on what can be delivered in relation to the market. This is not always easy to hear but being clear around expectations is critical from the client perspective - specifically the property appraisal and value, sales marketing plan and timeline.
